CJ Strike in Fall
#1
Does anyone know how the fishing typically is at CJ during September and October? I have never fished it in the Fall but will have some time this year. Are there any areas that seem to produce best for Crappie and Perch in the Fall?

The Bruneau side and the narrows for both.

I'm far from an expert on CJ, but I've had good luck there in the fall.

If you do some looking "where all the boats are", the fall perch fishing is some of the best you can find, there fattening up for winter and eat pretty much non stop in late Sept. into early Oct., take a 1/4 oz. jig and a couple worms, catch 1, use it for cut bait and you will catch more fish than you want too clean, good luck,
