Pineview today

Ok decided with the reports to try Pineview this morning. Arrived at 7:00 AM truck reading -6 degrees. Had the holes drilled and fishing about 7:20. Ist drop crappie on ice, 2nd drop crappie on ice. a couple swings and misses then 2 more really quick. Ended up with 7. It totally died at 8:15. Moved around a little but no fish after that time. Stayed till 2:00 PM. We were in 40-42 foot of water, fish as previously reported suspended just a bit off bottom. Talked to about 10 other groups some had 1 or 2, most hadnt had a bite. Go figure. Picture is of the 1st 4 I caught and the young guy that went with me never got a bite. AGAIN. Think he is going to give up if he doesnt catch a fish soon.

Or better yet, Hyrum, its a lot closer than starvation. At least you caught a few before the bite shut down.
