Best Iced Fish

Wondering what everyone's best/favorite catch this season has been! I'll go first. Caught this perch at Starvation!

I got luck and landed a 27" bow. Biggest rainbow of my life and I got to share the experience with my son.

The week before I got this cutbow as well.

You can see the rainbow was caught before. Someone released it so it could get bigger... And it sure did !!

Caught my first Laker, down at Fish Lake. I didn't really know what I was doing, and it definitely wasn't the hog I was looking for. But, I'll be better prepared for next year. May even try to make it down once more before she thaws.

The good news is he was released again so somebody else could catch him next year!

Man I'll take luck like that over skill any day of the week that ends in 'Y' and twice on Sunday! Nice fish!

If you look at the upper jaw, right below the eye, i believe it is called the mandible, is deformed. This is common with released fish. If you look at the cutthroat, right below the eye, that looks normal. Great fish by the way, good job !

A small Mack from big blue during a quick escape with my wife. Best fight of the year with 2 runs back to the bottom in 65'.
