New member in Pinedale WY

I moved to Pinedale last april, introduced myself to Wyoming fishing over the summer, love it. Now getting antsy to go fishing again (not really interested in ice fishing), so I've been looking around for stuff. Found this forum (actually was looking for a place to post a question about making my own canvas fishing creel). So, hello everyone, maybe i'll run into some of you around here, but hopefully not in any of my secret fishing spots Wink

Oh, "introduced myself" not entirely true, i met a guy who took me around to a few places and got me started, so no, I didn't really teach myself at first, but eventually I started finding my own special places and all...hopefully this summer I'll be able to make it out to Titcomb, that's my biggest goal of the summer, second biggest goal is to learn to fly fish--right now i am only good at using a normal spinning reel and rod setup

Welcome to the site. I see you have already found the Wyoming board. Do you mainly target trout in streams? Flaming Gorge can be another great resource as are a lot of the lakes around Pinedale.

I'm fro West Virginia so I am more used to streams but I did have a lot of luck with some of the lakes here last summer. I'll go where the fish are!

Hopefully you can gets some response to you post on the Wyo board. We have a few members there but it seems most of the activity on BFT is on the Utah board. Sure would be nice to see someone posting fishing report on the Wyo board. I lived in Roanoke Va when I was a kid.

Welcome aboard and thank you for taking the time to register and thank you for sharing with us. Wyoming has some nice fishing areas and some beautiful species to catch there.

I look forward to seeing some of your reports as they happen.

Are you flyfishing there or spin cast fishing? [cool]
