I'll be in Seattle the last week of Sept until the first week of October. Was looking for info on fishing opportunities that time of year. I'm open to shared charters, booking my own personal guide, saltwater or freshwater, and even bringing some (limited) gear to try on my own. I won't have a car, but I could rent one or take Uber if there was a good trip a little ways away from Seattle. Also take any tips on things to do in Seattle as well.
Thanks for any info and PMs are welcome!

Have fun!!! I love that area in the September time frame. We took a ferry to Victoria Island and there were lots of charters out of there. We were early September and they talked me out of going out after the salmon because they weren't on the bite because of the weather was too mild at the time. But the wild berries everywhere was incredible. Good luck and have fun. Later J

The end of September is a good time to go fishing in the rivers up there. you will miss or pick up the tail end of the Chinook and the Coho will be well on its way. for me the best way to tell if its good is go out to Ballard locks and check the salmon ladders or out to Issaquah to the The Fish Hatchery. When i lived up there we used a guy a few times he was good, Hot Shot Guide Service, Eli Rico 425-417-0394. Have fun.
If you can get a car go down to the Cowlitz amazing fishing.

Westport charters. Good prices and lots of fish. You can do a weekday trip for rockfish and bottom fish for $135.
