Fished the creek side of big elk yesterday. The lake is so low it was a monster to get down to it and out of it. Of course quite a bit of water on the ice as well. We caught about 16 between 3 of us. 13" cuttys and a sucker. Not a stellar day but fun to spend some time on the lake with family.

I was on the lake side yesterday. It was easy to get on and off. Only broke through the slush layer in a couple spots. Caught my limit in 2 hours. Just a tip to help your climb up from the lake. I usually take about 200 feet of good rope so I can just tie it to my sled at the bottom then climb up then pull my sled up. Makes it much easier.
