Perch On the Spring Bobber

Jumbo Yellow Perch Fishing is something I love to do them yet How to Catch them is often a puzzle you have to sort out. Once you locate the fish you have to figure out what they want to eat, once you've got that down you have to dial in the action. Once you have those combinations together you need to be able to feel an ever so lite bite. So get yourself a spring bobber this year and snap it on your rod to increase the sensitivity you have to detect those slob jumbo perch next time you are out.

Another good video and post thanks for sharing it with us. How thick is the ice there, that you can drive a truck on it? Those are some get sized perch, were any as big as the ones you caught last year at Cascade? You know you're in a hot hole when people try and fish it, when you take a minute to get a photo op[Wink]!

Wiper hunter the ice was about 16 to 18 inches thick. We usually start driving on when it is 12 inches thick. These perch some were big. But the biggest at this lake are still a couple inches shorter than the biggest at cascade. Yup for sure it's always nice to somehow land on the Hot Hole.
