Pineview / Causey
#1
I tried Pineview [Sad] today with ssabshif for a Tiger Musky. We marked a lot of fish on the fish finder. I threw half of the tackle box at them and couldn’t get a nibble. We fished for a bout 3 hours. They are working on the dam, the water down by the dam was muddy I drilled though 2’ of ice and up came mud. We did move a further away from the dam and the water cleared up. I when to Causey [Smile] after leaving Pineview, fished for about 2 hours caught 4-5 7” Splake, 5 13” Kokanee, and 1 12” Rainbow. Ice is about 3’ thick good snow pack on top. While I was fishing I had a herd of deer come buy so I took some pictures of them.

Thanks for the update. I haven't been up to Causey in a while, I'm glad the fish are still biting a little anyways. Too bad you didn't get into any muskies though. Good luck next time you head out.

It makes me feel better to hear I'm not the only one seeing lots of fish on my fishfinder at Pineview and not even getting a bite. I was beginning to wonder if my fishfinder was screwed up. Bt the way, the water was murky on either side of cemetary point last weekend too.

I had two poles one for Musky and one for Perch/crappie. I have posted pictures of my Kokanee on the IFG board, all I need to do is get longer fish to keep up with fuzzyfisher.
