What kind of issues are you having with it? The majority of issues folks have is due to using ethanol in their motors. If you click on the link I posted above you will see a thread that lists all of the ethanol-free pumps in Utah.

Sounds like fuel, maybe the fuel pump, or a filter slowly plugging. Also a cracked fuel hose that just got worse, since they suck fuel they require a leak free hose and sometimes don't leak a big puddle like you might think.
Will the engine start when you pump the bulb back to pressure?
Electrical doesn't usually slowly progress to failure.
