My Golly Gosh it was just "DANG COLD" this morning. We had north winds, light rain, sleet, snow, and more north winds! I've fished colder, but these north winds can just cut right through you at times. We still caught several fish around shallow grass to help these guys out for this weekend, and we also were able to put a few in the boat around some of the deeper grass areas too. We used Choo Choo Shakers and swimjigs for most of the morning, and Rat-L-Traps on the deeper areas. With the sun coming back out the next couple of days it should get things back to normal again for a little while. Have fun, Mike Carter
