I wanted to share this link to an article I just read on ktvb.com
Fish and game impounded a boat that was coming into Idaho from Nevada (originated from Lake Mead) Quarantined due to live Quagga Mussels.

I would like to think that the state would fine him for coming into the state with them. Then impound the boat and charge him a fee every day until, at they burn the boat and charge him for the removal of the ashes.
The SOB left water that was known for having the Invasive species and he never bothered cleaning the boat? If it were me I would also put him in jail too.
