anyone know of any place i could buy some bullheads (Sculpin) of decent size or quality?

You can catch your own fairly easily. Go to any No. Utah mountain stream with cobble bottom, clear water and good flow. Use a screen held on the bottom. Have a friend roll rocks and kick around upstream and you have all the free bullheads (mottled sculpin) you can use. Used this technique in the past on the Logan and Blacksmith a lot. Browns love em.....

what about cisco is there anywhere to get them for bait?

It is illegal to sell protected wildlife I believe. A lot of places sell redside shiners and mountain suckers though.

well you can run to Bear Lake and catch a few, but thats just a thought, I have never seen Cisco for sale anywhere.

It is illegal to sell game fish and cisco is a game fish.
