Does any one know if the Blackfoot reservoir road through bone is open yet? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Guy I worked with went to BF Res. dam over Lincoln creek and said the road was clear. a few people fishing the dam and poison creek but he didn't see anyone catch anything. He said it is a couple of feet from going over the spillway.
