Thanks for posting the info, Pat.
Millsite hasn't been stocked since 2014 so the fish you catch are decent sized. The work on the dam was supposed to take place a few years ago but you know how these government projects go. If they would have done it when it was planned the water levels would have been low. Of course this year we have a bumper crop of snow and they are draining the reservoir.[:/]
Raising the number of fish you can keep to 16 so they don't go to waste is a good idea but I hope folks don't go there expecting to catch their limit. On my three trips over there this year I have fished a total of 10 hours and I have caught 6 fish.

[#0000FF]What does that tell us? That you are a lousy fisherman...or that the numbers of fish are not great?
PS...Just kidding. I know you are a superb angler and that if you are not catching them there just ain't that many available.
Surprising though, some folks seem to prefer to fish where there are higher limits...even though the "net" returns are fewer.
