Finished everything today. It isn't perfect. I made mistakes, but I think it will work. I'll find out Saturday.

PVC racks work but it can be very brittle. Next time try the gray electrical PVC conduit material. Since switching to that I have not had a single problem. That stuff is 5X as tough as the white PVC.
