decided to give Echo a try today, after a full moon all night we wasn't expecting much.On the water by 8:30 a.m.The fish were still hungry as we proceeded to catch fat healthy rainbows in the 15-16 inch range untill the wind blue us off around noon. We all pretty much used the same set-up pop gear (Ford Fender) with a 16 inch leader with a worm.trolled 1.4 -1..7 mph worked best

Echo is almost full, water is pretty clear. what I am now amazed at is in the last month the fish and game has stocked almost 50,000 9-10 inch trout.all we found was hard hitting hard fighting 15-16 inchers. some debris floating around

Did you happen to get a water temperature reading while you were catching?

Ok.
Thanks.
If you are looking to catch those small planters then go fish close to the boat ramp. I was at Deer Creek today and watched them dump a trailer load in there while I was launching. [
