I am headed to Puntanearas in two weeks.
It is my dream to catch a Roosterfish, size does not matter.
I want to fish from shore.
Can anyone tell me what tackle to use and what license I need please?

I made it there but due to family plans did not make it to the areas I needed to be.
I did see a lot of other cool stuff but never did catch any fish.
Roosterfish is still a goal that needs to be met!
