Heading up to pelican for memorial day weekend and just wondering how the fishing has been. I haven't seen any recent reports.

With this warm weather we have been having these past few days fishing will be fast and furious. Great time of the year for topwater action.

That's what I'm hoping for. Nothing beats some good topwater action.

We were out there a few weeks ago and the fishing was great. Lots of small fish. We had to move around to finally find the bigger fish.

Have been having a ball with the top water frogs for the last couple of years.

The weather out here has been very crazy with wide temperature swings and strong winds. When the weather is good the fishing is good too. Went past the other while at work and noticed lots of activity from both bass and bluegill.
