Electric Lake, Huntington, Cleveland fishable? Reports?
#1
I am heading to a cabin at Scofied, but with the fishing reports at scofield I am wanting to go elsewhere. Anybody been up to Electric Lake area, huntington or cleveland. Wondering if it is worth the one hour drive from scofield over to cleveland? I am guessing most of the ice is off.

Welcome to the site Tyler, since no one is replying to your post, it's likely because you can't get to the lakes yet, here is what the DWR are saying about E lake:

Good luck if you go but don't forget your snow shoes[Wink].

I plan on hand launching this week at electric. Hopefully not too deep of snow.

Hopefully it's a small boat you'll be launching but if you can get on the water the catching should be good. Let us know how you do.

I was at Huntington Saturday there's still ice on most of the lake but very fishable. Didn't really fish since my son took out my fishing bag out the car and didn't put it back.

E lake is full to the brim and heavily stained. Tigers are fat. Plenty of minnows for them to eat.
