Tibble Fork Res.

Has anybody ever fished this reservoir??
Is it worth trying to fish there?
If so any tips or tricks on how to catch fish in that water.

With them planting almost 7700 trout in there most of the usual stuff will work.

Try using some power bait on a 16-18 size treble hook with about two feet of leader and put on just enough bait to get it to float. Also try treading on a worm on a hook and cover the tip of the hook with a marshmallow. At times salmon eggs can work well too.

One place that I like to fish is just outside of any weed beds that I can find but make sure that you bait isn't buried in the weeds to the point that the fish have a hard time finding it.

I fished there Friday for 2 hours and only had one bite.
I was using a hook and worm, tried some chartreuse power bait but they
Didn't care for that either.
I mean I can catch catfish all day long, but it is nice to catch something else once in a while.

Thanks for your help,

Brent

Hence why it's always been known to me as no nibble Tibble. Glad to hear some have had success up there.
