After consulting Tube Dude where to take my kids and their friends I took them to American Fork boat harbor. It was not fast fishing, but it kept the kids entertained. in all we landed 4 fish and lost as many but all of the kids got their personal best catfish including a 28" for the youngest.

Nice trip. That second photo, is that White Bass really that big, or just looks like it cuz it's pushed out towards the camera?

Looks like great kid time. Can you say how did the water look? Any sign of the algy bloom on the north end?

There was no sign of any bloom where we were. The white bass was a big but he was holding it toward the camera.
