2 lb Fish fillets
Salt
1 c Vinegar
1 c Water
Pickeling Spices
Onions
Sugar
Salt fish and leave overnight in ice box. Next
morning wipe off. Boil the vinegar, water, spices
and onions until the onions are done. Then put
fish in vinegar and boil for 3-5 minutes. Add 1
teaspoon sugar for each quart. Good luck.
