1st, 2nd, and 3rd lower dams are stocked. Caddis patterns and panther martin spinners work well. Brown spawn during the fall is the best time to go.

you can put a toon on any of the three dams. 2nd dam is easiest, 3rd dam is easy also if you follow the tiny little brooke down to the river. i recomend not using a float tube on the third dam though, simply because it is a little shallower where you launch, and i have seen browns nesting there, in a toon you can atleast get your feet out of the water. anywho, there are some big browns in the 3rd damn if you paddle your way up river a little. also the water is gin clear.

Hoppers with a troutmaster or pheasant tail dropper works really well Aug-late Sept from ricks springs up to franklin basin. You can also find a stretch of water where you have it all to yourself.
