Hey guys, been really busy with stuff lately so haven't really gotten to fish a whole lot lately. I wondered if anyone has any recommendations for shore fishing tomorrow. I know it's supposed to be windy tomorrow but it's the only time I can take my sister so I want to go. Since It's windy, I'd prefer us to be fishing with the wind instead of throwing it against it. I'm in Salt Lake area and wondered your guys recommendations for where to fish off the shore. Most reports online said people were on boats trolling slowly but I won't be doing that so wanted to hear from shore anglers.

This time of year fish are sitting shallower in a lot of places. Even trolling I'm fishing on top. Most people I see fishing from shore are fishing below a bobber.
So pretty much anywhere this time of year you're going to do ok, so long as the lake/reservoir is doing well.

Check the stocking reports. They usually dump a pile of trout into Deer Creek this time of year.

Thanks for the advise guys. Not sure but I'm leaning towards going to lost creek. I've read the fishing is doing pretty good there plus I haven't been there in several years so it'll be fun to just to go somewhere I haven't been.

I think Lost Creek would be a good bet. Shore fishing there's always a place to get out of the wind there.Good luck and post up with a report when you get back.
