Fished CJ yesterday. Amazingly beautiful day with 60 degree temps and mirror calm water. Is this really the end of November?! Decided to troll for trout for a change. Steady action once we found them, but not the size of previous years. All about 13"ers. Caught every one on the lead core, and couldn't buy one on the downrigger or long line. I got lazy on the lead core and didn't change my kokanee gear. They were hitting a pink micro hoochie with about an inch of worm. Three colors to the water. But even when we put identical gear on the others they were only hitting the lead. Go figure. Tried every possible depth with the dr, with no luck. Was hoping to find the 18"ers we caught so often in past years, but they either aren't there, or didn't want to play. Mike
