Flaming Gorge?

One of my favorite trips that I am hoping to make a tradition is ice fishing Flaming Gorge during Christmas break. From the reports that I've read so far, that doesn't look probable this year.

Any progress on the ice situation? What are the chances that I'll be able to go or should I move to Plan B?

Was there 5 days ago no ice anywhere. Great shore fishing but no ice.

Cold air is coming, but I'd find a plan B. Down lake today, at Lucerne, the water was 43-44. Only ice up north I saw yesterday was in the very back of small coves, and it wasn't much.
