Hi Willard fishing folks. I have heard that bait fishing for Wipers in early spring using mussels can be quite productive. Assuming I have a boat and can reach any location, where are the best locations to give it go? If I were to guess, I would say South East corner, South West Corner, Near the feed lot, and the mouth of the South marina. I am guessing in about 10 FOW. Does this sound right? I am just getting excited for spring fishing already and I figured mussel fishing would be the first thing out of the shoot for Willard. Thx
