Any reports on ice conditions at Devils Creek? Also wondering if anyone has been by to see if the parking area by the boat ramp is plowed or accessible? Just wondering before I drag the family up there.

I drove by there on the 22nd heading up to Chersterfield. The pond only had about a third of the surface covered with ice. I couldn't tell from the highway anything about the parking lot.

I chatted with Brett Felter on the ice conditions since the derby is next weekend. He says we have solid ice with slush. Just a little snow on top. A little rain nd snow predicted this week, but everything should be prime for the Derby.

Anybody heard anything about the devils creek derby this weekend? Ice conditions were looking rough with the edges melting and all that rain?
