Talked to a friend today who has a cabin up that way. He said they plow the road up to the Holiday Park entrance and up to the Smith & Morehouse house creek but you would need a snowmobile from there to the lake. He did not know it the reservoir was frozen or not but said the air temps have been in the lower 40's during the day for the past week.

I know this does not really answer your question but thought I'd pass along what he told me.

I was hoping to jig some kokes up through the ice up there this year but information has been hard to come by.

My family had a cabin near there. A couple weeks ago there was a neighbor who went there that reported 9” of ice where he was but was afraid to move as there was some “sketchy” ice in other places. Not sure but I am itching to get up there.
