Anyone hit Joes Valley through the ice yet this year. I have fished the water there before but never when it is frozen and I am thinking of planning a trip.

JOES VALLEY RESERVOIR WARNING! - Water is being drawn from the reservoir, making ice conditions dangerous! Anglers are urged to stay off this reservoir until the spring thaw.

Thanks for the info. The water was already way low this fall. I wonder what the deal is. They are going to have major fish kill at this rate.
