Don't know about electric lake, but I'm almost positive that Vernon is effectively ice-free.

was by E-lake yesterday.. ice coverd the whole lake.. i'm sure it's still good.. no snow on the dam tho so pulling a sled might suck.. i think you can still drive into the north end as well it had 12 inchs of ice 2 weeks ago.
