Took a ride up to EC today. There was large bodies of open water on the main body with an ice island between. The south end is not looking favorable for ice fishing. At the north were some ice fishermen which appears to be stable in the arm. Open water near the dam and spots along shoreline. EC is on its last leg for any ice fishing but I would be skeptical about venturing on any ice at this point. Another week with warm weather with the help of wind should give it the soft deck.

The best part of your photos is seeing the reservoir level. This time last year it was 51% full, this year, 81%.

We still need a lot more snow.[:/]
