Causey Ice & Fishing Update?

Hi guys,

I am new to BFT and was just hoping to get some info about Causey Reservoir before I head up there this weekend to ice fish. Does anyone know how the ice conditions are on the edges? I've heard there's pretty thick ice everywhere else. Also, how has the fishing been? Any info helps. I'd greatly appreciate it. I am taking my brother in law out who has never been ice fishing before, so I want him to have a good time.

[/reply]Was there yesterday. Ice was a solid 10 plus inches. Fishing was slow, edge was bad. You'll need at least a 7 foot plank to get on.
