Need Echo Res Perch Info

I drove by Echo yesterday and it still looked to be covered in ice. I am hoping that after this next week of forecasted cold, the ice will be fishable. I would really like some perch. Can anyone tell me if the perch there are big enough to eat and how to find and catch them?

Yes, there are some nice perch in there if you can find em and all perch are big enough to eat if you know how to prepare them. Drill lots of holes!
