Lincoln Beach Drive By

Checked out Lincoln Beach today. Water levels appear higher than any time last year. Thin ice layer of ice from the launch ramp all the way out to the end of the channel. There was one brave fisherman out in front of the springs in a pontoon boat. Ready to start the Catfish Challenge soon. No Mosquitoes were harmed today!

You read my mind. I was running late all day but I was itching to go out and see what the picture was like so I could a report. I’m with you I can’t wait for the catfish contest. This will be my first year taking part in it and I’m excited for it to begin. We’ve had such nice weather now I’m torn with the storms we’re getting as I don’t know how long it will slow down the cats coming in? Any thoughts on it?
