Fishing down souther Utah?

So this Friday I'm heading down to Lake Havasue AZ to pick up my new truck and was curious if anyone down south would mind if I couch surf for the weekend and possibly we could chase after some fish to make an awesome video.

Please let me know asap because my back up plans are coming down and I don't know where to go and might just camp at some random lakes in the mean while.

Quail Creek was fishing good two weeks ago, don't know if they were doing as well from shore but we had 20 trout in a couple hours from a boat. Good luck J

I was just recently wondering aloud with some family members how the trout fishing had been at Quail this winter. Any size to the rainbows you caught? It seems to happen about every year when someone catches a real big rainbow out of Quail during the winter...

They were all smaller planter size fish, biggest was around 14". But fun size to catch. Later J
