Been here since Tuesday and weather is beautiful except for the bugs. As for the fishing they haven't wanted to agree with my decision making for types of lures. Just started making my own lures and trying them out to ensure they work. Jigging is working but trolling is not. More to follow as the saga goes on.

As the saga continues I was able to pick up a pup this morning and drag him around for a while. The lure was bigger them him. As for the kokes they are getting better the further north we go. Today was non stop action and the wind held out for a while to get our limit. So lakers has been a crazy year for the bite better for jigging then trolling. Still trying to figure out this lake.
