We did not get to the lake till just before 8 am. Water was calm and it wasn't long and we had our first Koke in the boat. I would not say that we had it dialed in today but we managed to boat 6 kokes and and another 18-20 cutts. Including 1 slot buster that went about 4-5 lbs. It was released to keep on taking out chubs.
We had two kokes get off at the boat including a really nice one that was near 20 inches and probably 4 lbs. It took a really hard deep run right at the back of the boat and pulled loose.
We pretty much just used some sort of a blade / dodger with pink on it and pink squids tipped with Barkley maggots. All were in the 15-30 depth over 60-70 feet of water.
