Well I was planning on using one today, but it was too windy. I'll be heading out tommorow to Lake Nelson (Power Plant Lake). Hopefully I will hook one on it!

I got mine! But bass season doesn't open until June. Maybe I'll try it on trout or walleye?

I got me a Sea Trout. YES A SEA TROUT! I was having such a good day fishing that I decided to experiment over there at Catalina Island. Full report is available on the CA board.
It did chew the heck out of it and I still have one left to try on some LMB in a couple of weeks. I will add the picture to this thread tomorrow.

[unsure] Tried the GULP worm today at a little frogpond here called Draper Lake. I was the only boat o the lake for hours... No bites on the GULP worm, or on the cut shad.
I did see hundreds of canadian honkers and big flights of mallards and pintails... and me with a fishin rod in my hand instead of a shotgun... out of season anyway...
The outing was great, and the boat worked like it was supposed to... with water on the outside and me on the inside. It made loud noises when I wanted it to and everything...
All in all a great winter afternoon on the lake. No jerkbikes, no wavejumpers, just me and the geese in the sun.
