Went over to Hyrum for the morning.
Calm morning, for a while anyway.
Tried washing some lures for trout, but no takers. So I anchored up and jigged for perch, then moved up into the weeds toward the inlet to play with some bass.
Started pitching a weedless frog, and it got SLAMMED by a nice bass, which then jumped, flipping both the hook and the fin as it waved goodbye. Schools of itty bitty bass all around.
Got past some of the many dink perch, one nine-incher stood shoulders above the others.
