Can still fish strawberry river? flood damage?

Hi guys, I want to fly fish the strawberry river below the soldier creek dam, or further west by the pinnacles. It would be my first time there.
I just read online about the closure of the road west from the Camelot resort because of flood damage. I wouldn't go that far west anyway, but with the flood, is the rest of the river still fish-able? Would there be any other complications from the dollar ridge fire?

[#0000FF]Some footage on the news last night. The river and the road are trashed. Literally. Huge piles of brush and rocks all up and down the river. And one of the locals said it was that way almost to the dam.[/#0000FF]
