Perch bait?

Is it legal to use dead perch as bait in any water.

[#0000FF]Nope. But generally allowed in any waters where perch are found alive. Two differences. One is Bear Lake. Perch are there but not allowable as bait. The second is Pineview. Can't use whole dead perch or pieces larger than 1" by 1"...to protect tiger muskies.[/#0000FF]
