Launched at Harrison bay about 0645, a little foggy, but cleared up quickly. First hit a couple of coves, with no luck. Tried frog, rattle, poppers, top baits, live worms, and nary a hit. Went midstream to try deeper water, still no luck, as we tried different depths. Decided to head to the chick locks and try along the banks, and around the lock wall. Nothing, zip, nada. Not sure if was holding my lip wrong, or they just wasn’t biting. Anyway, gave up around 12:00 and headed home. Hope most of you guys had better luck than me and my partner. I don’t know, maybe I’m doing it all wrong.
