East Canyon Saturday looking for Wipers
#1
Did good on rainbows and rainbow planters, one nice 17 incher. But was hunting wipers, found them at about 11am. Good school, not Willard huge. Stacked 14 to 30 feet, and about a half a football field size loosely.

Thru the tackle box at them, nuttin'. Water temp 53, did not have mussles or bait. Did jigs, castmasters. Cranks trolled.

They are there, I am coming for you guys next year.

But way cool was a deer herd, swimming the width of the lake, mom and youngins, no problem.

We were up there yesterday as well and caught a ton of planters. No wipers. We found a large school of fish but only caught more planters. Only one of any size in the boat today.

Short answer no, long, I kinked my boat trailer into the dock underwater, crimped the fender down on the tire, need 2 new tires to match, and fix fender.

Easy launch, long long ramp.
