Deer Creek ?

Only fished DC in a boat this late in the year and it was a long time ago. Fished for trout.
Headed there tomorrow morning, in my boat, hoping to score a walleye or two.
Any tips on lake location or methods to help tip the odds in my favor.

I scored an eye three weeks ago at Deer creek. It was a new way for me to catch one. I was working a jigging rap on a drop off in a rocky area. I will be out there in the morning in my float tube. I also caught some decent smallmouth with the same technique. I have caught rainbow and brown trout, crappie, smallmouth bass, perch, carp, and walleye fishing with a jigging rap.
