Mill meadow

Has anyone been to Mill meadow? I am wondering about the water levels, I haven't been there for a few years.

I fished Mill Meadow today for a couple hours the res is completely iced over water level is about the same as last year. I’m guess 6-8 inches of ice with a lite snow crust. The ice was pretty noisy, lots of cracking going on. I fished off the boat ramp in 15 foot of water, marked a lot of fish on the flasher had a bunch of nibbles with no takers. I’ve only fished Mill Meadow a couple of times so I don’t know what to expect or what is normal. I used multiple colors of jigs, A gold color paddle bug seemed to drum up the most interest.
