69K cfs coming out of Chickamauga dam, temp in the 70’s. 4 inch White tubes, 1/4 jig head, caught in the margins. Personal best smallmouth at 18â€. Wind was blowing hard upstream, making upstream cast, and drifting tubes along the edges. Released to fight another day.
