Anything white or pink and after the first perch then perch eye. I fished at 37 feet and could not keep the perch off. Around 10 feet to 15 feet for trout..

I did okay for perch and trout last week. I was only in 17ft of water and both perch and trout caught near bottom. I caught a few trout suspended down about 10 to 12ft down too. Small jigs were the ticket. I fished on the highway side of the lake. Several small 6 inch perch, 4 that went 10 inches, and one porky perch at 12 inches. All the trout were planters in the 12 inch range.

Thanks for all the replies.
I took my Dad out this morning and went down the boat ramp and out to the buoy.
Nothing not even a hit on the fish finder. Moved toward the point a few hundred yards and tried in 33 FOW. Caught a planter bow right off about 10' down. Started catching Perch off the bottom soon after. I ended up with 9 perch and 2 bows. (caught one off the bottom with the perch). Dad had a very small perch on playing with him and he ended the day with 2 small perch. Bite ended about 1130 we left at 1230. Good day overall no W to speak of. Good sun and good company.
