Friend and I went to F.L. today. We picked up 2 kokes. I caught a couple a bunch of years ago at Strawberry while ice fishing. Other than that these are the only ones I have caught thru the ice. Pretty stoked about it.

Awesome, I headed that way tomorrow. How deep of water and what depth were you fishing?

That is great news. I went to Fish Lake a few weeks back (first ice) with catching a kokanee my prime objective. Unfortunately no kokes were harmed on that trip. Glad there is some hope. Any info you are willing to divulge would be appreciated.

Well done.
I tried last year with a silver Dodger and a pink jig tipped with Berkely maggots.
I set up in 70 fow and jigged at 26'.
I had a lot of lookers but not a single hit.
I have to believe they were kokes because I figure a bow or splake would at least nip at the maggots?

I know where they were at in the summer
they moved a lot some time it took some time to find them but when we found them it was fun you need something like my humminbird 360 for ice fishing.
