Launched at mud creek boat ramp on MLK day around 7:30 central time. Ramp was froze over and the temp was hovering around 31 from sun up till 2:00 pm when we took out. Guides froze all day long. Threw traps, senko, swim bait, jig, craw and Ned Rig. Caught 10 fish total, 9 bass and 1 perch. Every fish we caught was on the Ned. Only color that would work was the z man trd Coppertreuse. Fish were caught on the slack water side of secondary creek points in slack water with current running out front. Also caught the last three fish of the day on north facing rip rap bank that had sun heating it up all day. Fish were caught in both clear water and very stained water. For the conditions we were fishing we felt very blessed to have the bites we had. Guntersville is alive and well and I'm looking forward to heading south a few more times this year.
